Epping Forest District Citizens Advice

We are Epping District Citizens Advice and we provide free, independent and impartial advice to people across the District on their rights and responsibilities and we also campaign to improve the policies and practices that affect the way people live.

We make no charge for our services but we do have costs that we need to cover and all our funding has to come from donations and grants.  Our volunteers help people from all walks of life to find a way forward when they are facing difficulties such as debt, housing, benefits and employment problems.  We are there when people do not know where else to go but we do need your help to continue to provide this service and would ask that you choose us as the good cause you would like to support when you buy your lottery ticket.  

The money we raise will go towards ensuring that we can  help people either face to face, by telephone or online.  We help an average of 2,500 people a year - each with multiple and, often complex, problems.  There are many more people whom we would like to reach and your contribution will help us to do this.
